Life After

After a successful career in the WNBA, Ashley spends her time raising her son (Destin aka Dez), growing her businesses and giving back to amateur student athletes through her basketball training programs, AKR Athletics club and AKR Texas Summitt. Youth basketball in Dallas has produced many WNBA caliber players. Pay It Forward

Ashley has more than 25+ years of experience in women’s basketball.  At a young age she was able to be around the creme de la creme of the elite women’s basketball world. She believes that is one of the main reasons why she was able to make it to the highest levels in her sport. Robinson’s mission is to give as many girls and boys that same experience she had as a child. Ashley says, “if our youth can see, touch and feel what they want to become then they will believe those goals can and will be achieved.”

Start Training Today!!

Private lessons and small group basketball training  are the fastest way for youth sports players to get better because each workout is customized to the specific needs of the player -- and the workout is very focused (more reps, higher intensity, and undivided one-on-one attention from the coach).  Each session lasts one hour. Regular weekly workouts allows Coach Ashley the opportunity to custom mentor athletes. Girls & Boys are welcomed.
